Coordinating attorney-at-law with a vast experience in litigations between professionals, he develops a large range of activities in the tax contentious field, in insolvency and transactions between professionals (acquisitions, fusions, divisions, debts restructuring, etc.). At the same time, he ensures legal advice to the companies in order to identify business opportunities and to reorganize their activity, being involved in several of this type of projects.

Barrister-at-law, specialized in corporate law, contentious administrative and tax matters and in debts recovery procedures, ensuring legal counselling in the negotiation, conclusion and execution of contracts, assisting the clients during the performance of the investment projects. Having a relevant professional experience, he ensures legal advice also in Italian and English.

With a Master’s Degree in Criminal Sciences and advanced studies in the field of the harmonization of European legislation with the domestic one (University of Salento from Lecce), ensures legal assistance and representation in criminal cases (economic offences, of corruption and crimes against the person). Additionally, he represents the clients’ interests in cases concerning the execution of goods insurance contracts, abusive clauses, dation in payment, tort liability and real – estate.

As barrister-at-law he has acquired a vast experience in the criminal business law matters, ensuring legal services also in the field of labour law, insurances, telecommunications and succession matters. Additionally, he ensures the clients legal assistance both in the in precontractual phase and during the performance of contracts, and for the litigations deriving from them.
